A story of long-term ownership

Incorporated in December 2007 as a French real-estate partnership (SCI) on rue Jouffroy d'Abbans in Paris's 17th arrondissement, Damremurs moved to Asnières-sur-Seine in 2013. Converted into a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) in 2022, it now operates as a management company: holding and administering equity interests and real-estate assets, and supporting the companies within its perimeter.

2007

Incorporation

SCI Damremurs founded in Paris 17ᵉ, rue Jouffroy d'Abbans, residential lettings.

2013

Move to Asnières-sur-Seine

Registered office transferred to 10 rue de la Concorde; registration with the Nanterre trade registry.

2021

Broadened corporate purpose

Acquisition and management of equity holdings added to the company's activity. Share capital raised to €22,200.

2022

Conversion into an SAS

Damremurs becomes a simplified joint-stock company, refocused on managing, for its own account, equity interests and assets.

Head-office activities (NAF 70.10Z), chaired by Antonio Graca. French and international counterparties.

Every service is covered by a written agreement and an invoice. Pricing is set by agreement or quotation. Settlement in euros, online or by bank transfer.

Every payment collected by Damremurs corresponds to an invoice or a lease issued by the company. Online payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider: your card details never pass through our servers.

Rent & service charges

Tenants of a property managed by Damremurs can pay rent online, as a one-off payment or on a recurring basis. Contact us to enable online payment for your lease.

Received a payment link?

We sometimes send Stripe payment links by email. A legitimate link always points to an address beginning with stripe.com and matches an invoice you have received. If in doubt, check with us before paying.
